VVIP culture will not be seen in Railway.. Know why Railway Minister took this step ?

Now VVIP culture will not be seen in the Ministry of Indian Railways. It is known that Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has decided to end VVIP culture at various levels under the vision of PM Modi. The Railway Minister has asked his staff to remove the bell calling the attendant from the office.

The Railway Minister says that the bell should not be used to call the attendant, rather the officers themselves should go and call the attendant personally.

According to the news, the Railway Minister has first removed the bell from his office to ensure that the order is followed properly.  Now the staff member will have to go out and call the attendant himself

On behalf of the Railway Minister’s office, it was said that this decision has been taken to ensure that every member gets equal respect. Along with this, this decision has also been taken to end the VVIP culture. Along with this, the Railway Minister also wants that every employee should run the railway at full speed with their full potential. This is possible only when the VVIP culture ends completely.

It may be noted that earlier also the Railway Minister has taken many such decisions to change the work culture of the office and for better communication between officers and employees. After this decision of the Railway Minister, better communication is expected between the officers and the employees.
