In a 2007 indecent kissing case involving film actress Shilpa Shetty and Hollywood actor Richard Gere, the sessions court dismissed the petition filed against the magistrate’s order acquitting Shilpa.
Richard Gere kissed Shilpa Shetty in front of everyone on stage at a public event. Then after this a case was registered against Shilpa Shetty. Additional Sessions Judge S.K. C. Jadhav rejected.
