In a heartbreaking incident, actor Aditya Singh Rajput was discovered lifeless at his Mumbai residence, leading to an outpouring of grief from the entertainment fraternity. While paying their respects, renowned designer Rohit Verma vehemently denied the unconfirmed reports of a drug overdose, emphasizing the need to wait for the postmortem results before drawing conclusions. Alongside Rohit, filmmaker Onir and TV actor Varun Sood were among the first to express their profound sorrow over the untimely demise of Aditya Singh Rajput, who had garnered popularity through his appearances in films such as “Krantiveer” and reality shows like “Splitsvilla 9.”

Rohit Verma, in a media interaction, dismissed the circulating rumors, stating, “There are a lot of rumors, a lot of people think…lot of people are talking about him, about overdose and all…The postmortem report is yet to come. I think it is all bullsh**, it can be an accident.” He urged the public to allow the medical experts to conduct their investigation and refrain from spreading baseless speculation in the absence of conclusive evidence. Rohit also revealed that he had conversed with Aditya just six days ago, with the late actor seeking recommendations for a yoga teacher.

Onir, deeply shaken by the tragic news, took to social media to express his disbelief, writing, “Shocked to hear this… so young and full of life. Very very tragic.” Sweety Walia, a close friend of Aditya, shared her devastation on Instagram, recounting their deep bond and describing him as a respectful and cheerful person. Filmmaker Ashoke Pandit also offered his condolences, expressing his shock at the loss of a fun-loving and talented actor.

Aditya Singh Rajput, originally hailing from Delhi, had made significant contributions to the film industry, appearing in notable works like “Maine Gandhi Ko Nahin Mara” and showcasing his talent in various reality shows. With his sudden demise, the industry mourns the loss of a vibrant individual who had left an indelible mark on both the big and small screens.
