Haryana : Jalebi Baba, who raped more than 120 women after Offering them intoxicating tea, the court sentenced 14 years of jail

Haryana Sex Scandal Case : The famous jalebi of Haryana, In the Baba sex scandal case, the court of Fatehabad has sentenced Amarpuri alias Jalebi Baba to 14 years imprisonment. Jalebi Baba was accused of raping women in the name of tantra-mantra, in which he has been convicted. Along with rape, Jalebi Baba was also booked under POCSO Act and IT Act.

According to the allegations, Jalebi Baba alias Amarpuri had raped more than 120 women after giving them intoxicated tea. Not only this, he also made videos of raping all these women. On whose power Jalebi Baba used to blackmail women. While being sentenced in the court, Amarpuri started crying begging for mercy.

This whole matter was revealed when 6 victim women approached the court against Jalebi Baba in the hope of justice. He exposed Jalebi Baba in front of the whole world. Let’s know who is Jalebi Baba, who raped more than 120 women after giving them intoxicating tea.

According to the police, Amarveer, a resident of Mansa district of Punjab, used to sell Jalebi in Tohana, Haryana. The business started doing well and it progressed a lot. During this his wife died. The family of Amarveer alias Jalebi Baba consisted of four girls and two boys. Whom he got married in Punjab.

It is said that after the death of his wife, Amarveer came in contact with a tantrik. Amarveer accepted this tantrik who came from Punjab as his teacher and learned the knowledge of tantra-mantra from him. After this, Amarveer disappeared leaving Tohna for two years. People say that he had gone to Punjab.

After coming back to Tohna, Amarveer’s name had changed to Amarpuri and he built a temple of Baba Balaknath in a house in Ward No. 19. He also lived in this house with his children. People coming to the Amarpuri temple started claiming to solve their problems through tantra-mantra. His magic worked in such a way that people started queuing up at his house.

Police got a video from the informer ;

People started calling Amarpuri by names like Baba Billuram and Jalebi Baba. In 2018, a police officer in Tohna was sent a pornographic video on mobile by his informer, in which Jalebi Baba was seen misbehaving with a woman. After the video surfaced, a case was registered against Jalebi Baba on the complaint of station in-charge Pradeep Kumar.

Porn videos of more than 120 women were recovered ;

When Amarpuri alias Jalebi Baba was caught, more than 120 videos of raping women were recovered from him. In police interrogation, Jalebi Baba had told that he used to call women in the name of treatment. After which he used to rape women by giving them intoxicated tea and also used to make videos of them.

Used to take advantage of the fear of women trapped in Blackmailing ;

Jalebi Baba alias Amarpuri used to blackmail women with the help of these obscene videos. Fearing slander, the women kept silence against him. Meanwhile, a woman complained against him. In which a case was registered against him under sections 328, 376 and 506 of the IPC.

Court sentenced to 14 years ;

At the time of Jalebi Baba’s arrest, along with obscene videos, intoxicant pills and VCR were also recovered from him. In this case, the court has now sentenced Jalebi Baba to 14 years of imprisonment and also imposed a fine of Rs 35,000. He has been sentenced to 7-7 years in IPC section 376C, 14 years in POCSO Act and 5 years in IT Act. All the sentences will run concurrently. However, he has been acquitted in the Arms Act case.
