Today the power of India will be seen in the sky. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the 14th edition of Aero India 2023 on Monday. ‘Aero India’ at Air Force’s Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru, Karnataka will showcase the country as an emerging hub for manufacturing military aircraft, helicopters, defense equipment and new age avionics.
Aero India 2023 will see participation from over 80 countries. Ministers from around 30 countries, 65 CEOs from global and Indian OEMs are expected to participate in the event.
According to the PMO, the program will promote exports of indigenous aerial platforms such as Light Combat Aircraft (LCA)-Tejas, HTT-40, Dornier Light Utility Helicopter (LUH), Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) and Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH).
This is the 14th edition of Asia’s biggest air show. Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has reached Bengaluru for the show. The theme of the air show is ‘The Runway to a Billion Opportunities’. For the first time after the Corona period, viewers are also participating in this show.

Running from February 13 to 17, the show will focus on showcasing indigenous technology and building partnerships with foreign companies as per the Make in India, Make for the World plan.
