Supreme Court transfers all FIRs against comedian Munawar Farooqui to Indore

All of the FIRs filed against comedian Munawar Farooqui have been sent to Indore by the Supreme Court. He is the subject of numerous cases for making offensive comments about Hindu deities. The stand-up comic is charged with making offensive and hurtful remarks about Hindu deities in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, in 2021. Which led to cases being filed in a number of states, including Madhya Pradesh.
