Delhi : A very shocking case has come to light from Delhi’s Najafgarh. Here a pharma student Sahil Gehlot has been arrested for killing his live-in partner and hiding the body in the fridge of his dhaba.
A 24-year-old youth allegedly killed his live-in partner in Delhi’s Najafgarh area. The name of the accused is Sahil Gehlot. At first glance, this case looks like the famous Shraddha murder case of Delhi. Sahil Gehlot killed his girlfriend Nikki Yadav and hid the body in the fridge at his dhaba. When the police searched the dhaba, the matter came to light. Sunil Yadav, the father of the deceased Nikki Yadav, has demanded the death penalty. He said that we came to know about Nikki’s death only yesterday. She came home about a month and a half ago.
Now many types of clarifications are being given regarding this matter. According to information, Sahil Gehlot got married on the same day he killed his girlfriend Nikki Yadav. Police said that the accused’s family had fixed his marriage on February 9-10, which he did not inform his girlfriend and when Sahil’s live-in partner Nikki came to know about it, she strongly opposed it, Both of them had a fight about this matter.
After this, Sahil conspired to kill Nikki and told her to go for a walk. After this, he took Nikki in the car and seeing the opportunity, Sahil killed Nikki near ISBT. After the murder, he took Nikki on the side seat of the car in the same condition and drove for about 40 km on the roads of Delhi.
After which the accused Sahil hid Nikki’s dead body by bringing it in the fridge of his closed dhaba.Delhi Police has arrested Pharma student Sahil. Sahil’s family runs a dhaba in Mitrarao village of Najafgarh. According to the police, Nikki and accused Sahil started dating in 2018. They lived in Dwarka. When Nikki Yadav went missing, a local who knew her informed the police.
A Delhi Police official said that we received information from a person who said that he had not seen the woman for some time. He suspected that something had happened to her as the accused Sahil Gehlot had married someone else except Nikki.

On the other hand, Nikki Yadav’s family lives in Jhajjar, Haryana and they too had no idea about it.Teams were sent to Gehlot’s family home in Mitrarao village, but no one was home. Eventually he was arrested from Ker village.
According to the police, Sahil Gehlot had never told his family about the relationship. Last year, the family started asking Sahil about his marriage plans. On this Sahil obeyed the family members and in December 2022, Sahil got a bride in the form of a girl preferred by the family. The marriage was fixed but Sahil was still unable to separate from Nikki. After a dispute over this, he decided to kill her and hid the body in the fridge of his shed. He then went back home and married another woman.
