Emergengy landing : Aircraft going from Banglore to Lucknow , malfunctioned after take off

On Saturday, an AIX Connect flight from Bengaluru to Lucknow had to make an emergency landing at the Kempegowda International Airport 10 minutes after take-off due to a technical glitch. Air Asia officials have given this information.

According to the information received, Flight I5-2472 took off on Saturday morning at around 6.45 am and was to land in Lucknow at 9 am. However, it was grounded minutes after take off.

An AIX Connect spokesperson said, “AIX Connect confirms that i5-2472, scheduled to operate from Bengaluru to Lucknow, has developed a minor technical snag and the flight has been diverted back to Bengaluru. ”

“Alternative arrangements have been made for the affected passengers and we are taking steps to minimize the impact on other scheduled operations,” the spokesperson said.
