For the last few days, there are reports of cricketer KL Rahul tying the knot with Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty. The couple has been open about their relationship for quite some time now. Earlier also, Athiya’s father and a popular Bollywood star Sunil Shetty has also confirmed about the relationship.
However, he has refrained from revealing any details about the wedding. However, a few days ago, there were reports of the couple tying the knot on January 23. Now news is coming that the cricketer’s residence in Mumbai has been lavishly decorated for the wedding.
Videos and pictures of KL Rahul’s residence in Pali Hill, Bandra are viral online, in which we can see elaborate lighting and decorations of the entire building. This has further fueled the marriage speculations. Although there have been claims that there is another wedding in the building, the paparazzi have so far dropped few hints about cricketer KL Rahul and actress Athiya Shetty’s wedding.
Earlier there were reports that Pahal might tie the knot at Sunil Shetty’s Khandala farm house. The sources also claimed that the couple has invited only a select few on their special day. That is, only family and close friends will join this marriage.
Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul have been together for almost three years and recently the couple celebrated New Year in Dubai. Talking about their wedding, there are also reports that the wedding will be a private function. The couple is planning to host a grand reception for film industry colleagues and sports personalities. The pre-wedding celebrations are expected to begin this week i.e. from January 21.
Coming to the Bollywood front, while Sunil Shetty was recently seen in the MX Player web series Dharavi Bank, his daughter Athiya Shetty, who made her debut with Hero in 2014, was next seen in Motichoor opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui in 2019.
