Skin Rashes in summer : know about sun exposure skin rashes , how to remove tanning at home ?

Sunburn is a big risk in the summer. You know the rules: seek the shade, wear protective clothing, and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (with an SPF of at least 30). But sunburn isn’t the only summer skin problem.

Sometimes the immune system mistakenly attacks as “foreign” components of skin that have been damaged by sun exposure. “Often during the first sunny days of the season, some people break out in an itchy rash on skin that’s been exposed to the sun, like the face, ears, and neck. That reaction may lessen as summer wears on, though some people may need to stay carefully sun-protected all summer long,” Dr. Frangos says.
Sun exposure rashes (Melasma)

If you notice new brown or gray-brown patches on your face after a day on the beach appear suddenly, don’t immediately think skin cancer. Think melasma.  It typically shows up on the cheeks, upper lip, bridge of the nose, forehead, or chin. The rash is common in pregnancy, but those with a genetic predisposition may notice these patches when out in the sun as well.
Some people can develop a sun sensitivity if on certain medications, like doxycycline. Sun exposure can cause irritated skin, and in some cases blisters when the skin is sensitized if on these medications.
