Holi celebration in Mahakaleshwar : Holi of 40 quintals of flowers echoed in Mahakal’s court in Ujjain

The priests played Holi with 40 quintals of flowers with the Lord during the Bhasma Aarti in the early hours of Monday at the Mahakal temple. The enthusiasm of the Phag festival was witnessed during the Bhasma Aarti on Monday. A devotee from Maharashtra offered 40 quintals of flowers in the temple’s Phag festival.

During the Bhasma Aarti, the priests of the Mahakal temple offered flowers to God on these and played Holi. Flowers were also showered on all the devotees. During this the sanctum sanctorum resounded with the chants of Shiva Shambhu, Jai Shiv, Jai Mahakal.

A wonderful reception of Baba Mahakal will also be organized in Ujjain. Ghosts will also attend this reception. For this, cards are being distributed all over the city.
