Assembly Election 2023 Date Live: With the announcement of the dates of the Chief Election Commission, the election bugle will sound in the 3 states of North East Tripura, Nagaland and Meghalaya.
The Chief Election Commission has announced the dates for the Meghalaya, Tripura and Nagaland Assembly Elections 2023. Chief Election Commissioner Rajeev Kumar told a press conference that the term of the Legislative Assembly in Nagaland is ending on March 12, in Meghalaya on March 15 and in Tripura on March 22.
Election code of conduct has come into force in all the three states. Elections will be held in Tripura on 16 February while in Meghalaya and Nagaland on 27 February. The results of all the three states will be declared simultaneously on March 2.
