In the shocking Shahbad Dairy murder case, the accused, Sahil, revealed to the police that the victim was eager to get back together with her ex-boyfriend, Praveen. Sahil stated that the girl had been meeting Praveen for some time, even though she had been in a relationship with Sahil.
According to Sahil, the girl’s motivation to reconcile with Praveen was due to his ownership of a motorcycle. Sahil has been taken into police custody for further questioning.
Sahil confessed that he committed the heinous act in a fit of rage after the girl broke up with him and ignored him. However, the police discovered that Sahil had purchased the knife used in the murder 15 days prior, suggesting that he may have planned the crime in advance.

Praveen is believed to be the victim’s ex-boyfriend, as evidenced by a tattoo bearing his name on her hand. Sahil informed the police that the girl had been in contact with Praveen again and was attempting to reconcile with him.
Praveen, a resident of Jaunpur in Uttar Pradesh, is in his twenties and has been summoned to Delhi for the investigation.
Aftermath of the Murder
Following the gruesome act, Sahil went to a nearby park and spent some time there before disposing of the knife at Rithala Metro Station.
He then boarded a bus to Bulandshahr, where his aunt resides, and was later apprehended after a call between his aunt and father was traced. Sahil was arrested and brought back to Delhi for further proceedings.
