Shukla letter to the Pm Modi ; In his letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Shukla said that the Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan was organized by the Government of India in Indore on the occasion of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas. The entire command of the preparations for this conference was in the hands of the Indore Municipal Corporation. Under the leadership of the mayor, the first citizen of Indore city, the city was decorated and prepared for this event by the corporation.
Shukla said that Prime Minister, I want to remind you that even in the protocol of government arrangements, in any event organized by the government in any city, the first citizen of that city is given priority. This protocol was also violated in this event. The factional reasons behind ignoring the mayor by the state government are understandable , But all this happened in your presence. You also did not interfere in this situation. this is so sad, This is disrespectful behaviour done not to the mayor of Indore but to all the citizens of the city.
Even Neglected the cleaners ; Shukla said that Prime Minister, you have always been praising the cleanliness of Indore. Even in your speech given at this program in Indore, you have described Indore as the capital of cleanliness and taste. In such a situation, even after coming to this city, you did not remember the cleanliness workers of Indore. Neither did you like to meet these sanitation workers, nor did the state government take interest in getting you to meet some sanitation workers. When you meet the sanitation workers in your constituency Varanasi and it is widely publicised, it would have been better if the Prime Minister would have met the sanitation workers of this capital of the country for at least 2-5 minutes. .
