Two people died in a road accident in Bhopal. The deceased is the son and son-in-law of the former district president of Vidisha BJP. Of these, the son-in-law was a developer in Amazon Company in Delhi. On the night of the accident, he celebrated the girl’s birthday at home, then went to the hotel to have dinner with his brother-in-law and friend. While returning, an accident happened on Link Road-1. His car collided with the rotary of Shivaji Nagar intersection and overturned. Airbags also opened, but the collision was so strong that the airbags exploded. The youth sitting on the back seat of the car was injured.
A speed breaker shaped drain slab is made near the spot. It is about 10 inches high from the road. The overspeed car went uncontrolled from this breaker and jumped 3 feet in the air and directly hit the rotary of the intersection. After this, while dragging for 15 feet, it collided with the traffic island on the driver’s side and overturned. The accident happened on Friday late night.
All three were coming home from TT Nagar at 12 o’clock on Friday night. On the way, his car had reached near the Shivaji Nagar intersection when his car bounced off the slab of the drain and overturned hitting the rotary directly. All three kept on suffering in the car for 15 minutes. Some passers-by took them to Jaypee Hospital, where doctors declared the brother-in-law brought dead. Friend is injured.
Preliminary investigation by TT Nagar police revealed that both their heads might have hit the dashboard of the car due to the airbag bursting. This became the cause of death. The statement of Vivek sitting on the back seat of the car could not be made at the moment. He is undergoing treatment in Hamidia. Saurabh was driving the car at the time of the incident.

Dinesh Soni, a resident of Kurwai (Vidisha), is the former district president of BJP. His son Saurabh Soni (30) was the owner of the marriage garden. On Friday, Saurabh had come to celebrate the birthday of niece at the house of brother-in-law Mohit Narekar (32), who lives in second stop Tulsi Nagar (Bhopal). After celebrating the birthday at home, the brother-in-law along with his friend Vivek Verma went for dinner at the Jameel Hotel located at Emami Gate.
Car’s rear tire burst, front part damaged, the car belonged to Mohit. The rear tire of the car burst in the accident. The driver side front is damaged. The car overturned on the driver’s side after hitting the rotary. Eyewitnesses told the police that the speed of the car was very high. Because of this, the car overturned uncontrollably after jumping from the breaker.
