Madhya Pradesh: Man Allegedly kills 7-Year-Old Son After Dispute With Second Wife

In a tragic incident reported from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, a 26-year-old man named Shashipal Munde is accused of killing his 7-year-old son, Prateek Munde, following a dispute with his second wife.

The incident occurred in the Limbodi locality within the Tejaji Nagar police station’s jurisdiction. Authorities are currently searching for the suspect, Shashipal Munde, who is currently evading arrest.

According to Prateek’s uncle, Rajesh Munde, the child’s mother had passed away a few years ago, after which Shashipal had remarried. However, his second wife frequently clashed with him over matters concerning Prateek.

On Monday morning, Prateek was discovered unconscious by his grandmother. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately, he was declared dead by the medical staff. Rajesh Munde asserted that Prateek was killed by his own father, Shashipal.

Sub-Inspector NS Tanwar from the Tejaji Nagar police stated that the initial investigation indicated that Prateek’s cause of death was attributed to both physical assault and strangulation. Based on statements provided by the family members, the police have registered a case and launched a search operation to apprehend Shashipal, the accused father.
