Punjab Police has got a big success. Kirandeep Kaur, wife of Khalistan supporter Amritpal Singh, has been taken into custody by the police on Thursday, April 20, from Amritsar airport on her way to London. Kirandeep Kaur has been declared a proclaimed offender in Punjab and was wanted across the country for the last few days. Quoting sources, it has been learned that Kirandeep Kaur, wife of ‘Waris Punjab De’ chief Amritpal Singh, was in Amritsar on Thursday. She is being questioned by the Immigration Department at the Guru Ram Das International Airport.
According to the information, Kirandeep Kaur was trying to escape from Amritsar airport to Birmingham, in this connection she reached Amritsar airport, but on the basis of intelligence, the police already present at the airport took her into custody and started questioning. Significantly, Kirandeep Kaur is accused of funding Khalistan supporters.
UK-based NRI Kirandeep Kaur recently married Amritpal Singh, who has been on the run from the police for more than a month. This is a big breakthrough for the police who are expecting vital answers from Kirandeep Kaur about the whereabouts of her husband.
