A shocking scene was witnessed in the court on Tuesday in the Sri Krishna Janmasthan Idgah case. Lord Keshavdev had to be present in the court because of his appearance in the court. Actually, there was a hearing in the court on 23 January. At that time, the court considered Bhagwan Keshav Dev, who became claimant number 6, absent.
Bhagwan was presented as a lawyer in the Mathura court on Tuesday in the case of Shahi Idgah, the birthplace of Shri Krishna. instead of non-appearance, other litigants of the case filed in the court reached the court with the idol of God.

Case number 12/2023 was heard in the Civil Judge Senior Division Court of Mathura on Tuesday. There are 6 applicants in this case. In which Lord Keshavdev was also made a contender as the sixth contender.
On Tuesday, during the hearing of the same case, other petitioners reached the court with the idol of God and God appeared in the court. The court accepted Bhagwan’s presence and ordered him not to appear on the next date.

In this case, after the court order not to bring Bhagwan on the next date, now other claimants will appear as friends of Bhagwan. In Case No. 12/2023, Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Nirman Trust, Rashtriya Brahmin Yuva Sabha, Bijnor resident Anil Kumar Pandey, Mahamandaleshwar Dharmendra Giri, Satyam Sharma and Thakur Keshav Devji Maharaj are 6 accused.

Know what is the Sri Krishna birthplace dispute?

The dispute regarding Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura is very old. The dispute in Mathura is about the ownership of a total of 13.37 acres of land. Significantly, Sri Krishna Janmasthan has the ownership of 10.9 acres of land while Shahi Idgah Masjid has the ownership of two and a half acres of land.

The Hindu side has termed the Shahi Idgah mosque as an illegally occupied structure and has also claimed the land. The Hindu side has demanded the removal of the Shahi Idgah mosque and giving this land to the birth place of Shri Krishna. Because of this, the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute also reached the High Court.
