Vidisha: 7 year old child fell in 60-feet borewell, CM Shivraj took update

A seven-year-old child fell into a 60-feet deep borewell in Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. Relief rescue work is going on to evacuate the child. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has also taken cognizance of the incident. On the instructions of the Chief Minister, the district administration has started the rescue operation to take out the child.

District Administration including Collector-SP, SDRF team along with night vision camera, JCB machine and other resources have reached the spot. NDRF team is also leaving from Bhopal.

The incident took place in Anandpur village of Lateri tehsil of Vidisha district. A farm borewell was lying open near the Kherkhedi plateau of the village. In which a seven year old innocent fell. The depth of the borewell is said to be about 50 feet. The administration has started the rescue as soon as the news is received. After the incident, bulldozers are being dug around the borewell. Oxygen is also being arranged for the child in the borewell.
