Actor Shahid Kapoor recently opened up about his early days as a background dancer, reminiscing about his experiences working in iconic songs like Karisma Kapoor’s “Le Gayi” and Aishwarya Rai’s “Kahin Aag Lage Lag Jaaye.”
Shahid, who made his film debut in 2003, reflected on the mixed emotions he felt during those moments. Recalling his time with Karisma, he confessed to being a bundle of nerves, hoping not to spoil the shot with his energetic hair movements.

In an interview with Radio Nasha, Shahid expressed his nervousness during the shoot, describing himself as a “nervous wreck” eager to avoid any mishaps that could ruin the scene. Joining Shiamak’s troupe as a rookie, Shahid’s bouncing hair and apprehensive state made him recall the experience with mixed emotions, lacking a specific favorite memory.
An Accident and a Memorable Encounter with Aishwarya Rai Following his appearance in Dil To Pagal Hai, Shahid Kapoor played a significant role alongside Aishwarya Rai in the song “Kahin Aag Lage Lag Jaaye” from the movie Taal.
Shahid revealed an unknown incident that occurred that day, sharing how he had met with an accident while riding his motorcycle. Despite the fall, he arrived on set flustered but determined. The conflicting emotions surrounding the accident made the day both the worst and the best in Shahid’s life at that time, leaving a lasting impression.
