World Ramayana Conference : The third World Ramayana Conference is going to be organised in Jabalpur. This event will be organised at Manas Bhawan from 6 to 8 January 2023. In this World Ramayana Conference, not only from the country but also from abroad, scholars doing research on Ramayana are coming to Sanskardhani Jabalpur.
According to program coordinator Dr. Akhilesh Gumasta, the World Ramayana Conference is going to be organised for the third time in Jabalpur to make the detailed explanation of Ramayana available to the young generation. Sri Lankan Cultural Minister Vidura Vikram Nayak, Mauritius Cultural Minister Avinash Tilak and Swiss MPs will participate in it. Along with this, representatives of 15 countries will also give lectures on their research done on Ramayana through this conference.
Special appeal to the youth : Dr. Gumasta told that different episodes of Ramayana will also be staged in the World Ramayana Conference. In this Shabri event, an evening of Nandigram and Ramdhan will be presented by Vanvasi Ram Dhun Mandali. The inauguration of the World Ramayana Conference is also being done in a unique way. About 13 thousand Sunderkand lessons will be recited in this World Ramayana Conference. The organizers have especially appealed to the youth to get closer to each and every aspect of Ramayana by attending the World Ramayana Conference.
Instructions given regarding preparations : Cultural Department of District and Municipal Administration of Madhya Pradesh Government, scholars of Ramayana from India and abroad including America, Japan, France, Bali, Sumatra, Europe, Java will participate in this world-class event. Mayor Jagat Bahadur Singh Annu took a meeting on Saturday regarding the preparations for the World Ramayana Conference and after reviewing the preparations gave necessary instructions to the officials. Showing special interest for the comprehensive success of the World Ramayana Conference, the Mayor has assigned responsibilities to all the officers for the fulfillment of different arrangements and responsibilities.
