Maruti Suzuki 2023 : New range of vehicles are expected to arrive in May, Suzuki Jimny and BMW M2
April 2023 saw the introduction of several eagerly awaited vehicles, including the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, MG Comet EV, and 2023 Lexus RX. The upcoming months look to be just as exciting as they already are, as many automakers prepare to reveal new models and reveal prices. The eagerly awaited Jimny is about to be released by Maruti, and Tata Motors is adding two new models to its CNG lineup. Additionally, a number of overdue facelifts are anticipated. Here is a list of all the upcoming new cars and SUVs that will be released or unveiled.
Maruti Suzuki Jimny –
The Jimny, which is the Maruti Gypsy’s spiritual successor and features a five-door body style specifically for India, is unquestionably the most eagerly anticipated launch of the year. With its straightforward off-road abilities, ladder-frame chassis, and low-range 4×4 Maruti has made sure the Jimny retains its identity as a lifestyle vehicle while increasing its practicality. It will be equipped with either a 5-speed manual or 4-speed torque converter automatic gearbox and be powered by a 1.5-liter K15B petrol engine with 105 horsepower. The expected price range, ex-showroom, is between 10 lakh and 12 lakh.
BMW M2-
The second-generation M2 (G87), which will be a full import, is about to be released by BMW in India. The new M2 will only be offered in the standard variant, unlike its predecessor, which was also offered in top-tier Competition form. An impressive 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline six engine with 460hp and 550Nm of torque will power the M2. While a 6-speed manual gearbox will be an option, it will come standard with an 8-speed Steptronic gearbox. Additionally, the BMW M division’s final pure-combustion vehicle will be this model. Around one crore is the anticipated ex-showroom price for the M2.
