Chaardham Yatra 2023 : On April 27 , Lord BadriVishal’s holy gateways will be opened

The holy gateways of the Badrinath temple in Uttarakhand’s Chamoli district will open at 7:10 am on April 27th, according to authorities’ announcement on Thursday. According to the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee, the historic temple’s opening time and date were determined by a religious ritual held during the Basant Panchami festival at the former Tehri royal palace in Narendra Nagar.

In addition, the Committee claimed that the dates for the Badrinath shrine’s gate openings were determined by carefully examining the calendar known as the “Panchang Gadhna.”

The doors to Badrinath, a temple dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu, were closed on November 19 in preparation for the winter. The beginning of summer sees it reopened after being blocked off by snow all winter.
