CM Shivraj on Ladli Behna Yojana : 1 thousand rupees will come in the account which will be linked to Aadhaar card
Under the Ladli Bahna Yojana, the bank account will be linked to the woman’s Aadhaar card, in which an amount of one thousand rupees will come. Apart from this, the amount will not be received on giving any other account. Women will be able to apply from urban and rural places only. Will be tracked if done from both the places. The process will be done on the basis of overall and Aadhaar card data only.
On the other hand, about five lakh women in urban areas and about two and a half lakh women in rural areas can be given the benefit of this Ladli Bahna Yojana. At present, work is being done on the basis of this estimated figure.
“Government servants are being trained on a large scale in Gwalior district for registration of eligible women under “Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana”. In this episode, Anganwadi supervisors, Anganwadi workers and officers and employees of other departments were trained under Integrated Child Development Project Murar, Ghatigaon and Urban Project No.1 of the district on Tuesday.

During the training, it was informed that the families whose annual income is less than Rs 2.5 lakh, have less than five acres of land and there is no income tax payer in the family. Sisters of such families in the age group of 23 to 60 years are eligible for the scheme. Family in the scheme means husband, wife and children. Under the scheme, applications will be filled from March 25 to April 30. The applications will be scrutinized in the month of May and the first installment will be deposited in the bank accounts of eligible women on June 10.
