Inflation hits again, Amul milk becomes costlier, know how much has increased
Immediately after the general budget, there has been another blow to inflation. The price of Amul milk has increased. Amul has increased the price of milk by Rs 3 per litre. The increase in the price has also come into force with immediate effect. Amul has attributed the price hike to increase in production and input costs.
Now Amul Gold will cost Rs 66 per litre, Amul Fresh Rs 54 per litre, Amul Cow Milk Rs 56 per liter and Amul Buffalo Milk Rs 70 per litre. Amul had increased the price of milk by Rs 2 per liter in October last year.
This is the first hike in the price of Amul milk this year. The company issued a statement saying, “This increase in prices is being done due to increase in the overall cost of operation and production of milk.
