Deepika Padukone’s Yoga Challenge: Alia Bhatt Nails the Answer, Can You Guess it Too?

Deepika Padukone sparked a guessing game on International Yoga Day as she shared a photo of herself performing a yoga pose on social media. The Bollywood actress invited her fans to name the asana she was practicing.

Among the responses, Alia Bhatt correctly identified the pose as the “Puppy pose.” However, a yoga expert contradicted the guess and clarified that it was actually the “janu-vaksha asana” or knee to chest on ground pose, which provides relaxation to the spine.

In addition to her yoga post, Deepika recently attended Karan Deol’s wedding reception alongside her husband Ranveer Singh. The actress was seen in a black and golden anarkali dress, greeting the couple and enjoying a performance with her family.
