Guava is the Most Preferable Fruit of Winter, But be Careful while eating it

Guava is a most beneficial fruit produced in the winter season. The whole of India is familiar with this fruit. Its pulp is found in two colors red and white. The original origin of this fruit is America.

This fruit came to India courtesy the residents of Europe. Its tree is up to 20-25 feet tall. Vitamin C is found in the highest quantity in its fruit. Apart from this, elements like calcium, phosphorus, iron, protein, carbohydrate etc are also found in it. This is a very nutritious fruit for men and women of all age groups, from children. Generally, it should be consumed on an empty stomach in the morning breakfast.

Guava as remedies ; Before eating guava  apply rock salt and black pepper, it helps to release stomach gas and indigestion etc, and the taste of guava also increases. Drinking the juice of guava leaves or eating its fruit removes the intoxication of cannabis. Dry cough in which the phlegm dries up and phlegm does not come out even after coughing a lot, then after chewing a fresh guava in the morning, the phlegm starts falling loose in two-three days and cough gets relief. Chewing its fresh tender leaves or gargling with its decoction provides relief in mouth ulcers and removes bad breath and strengthens teeth.

keep in mind ; While eating guava fruit, its seeds go into the stomach only after grinding them properly between the teeth, otherwise its seeds (whole) sometimes get stuck in the appendix and become the cause of the disease called appendicitis. Which is cured by surgery and sometimes becomes fatal.
