A research has found that delta waves are generated in our brain during sleep and change into theta waves during sleep before waking up in the morning. Our brain then produces alpha waves depending on whether you are awake or resting in bed. During this time, using mobile can cause a direct blow to the brain.

According to a report in the brain, each state of our mind i.e. when theta waves flow is the right time to think of new ideas or dream. Research has also shown that early morning, when the brain is in the alpha state, is the best time to exercise for focus. This keeps your body fresh.

Disadvantages of looking at the phone while waking up from sleep-

However, when we wake up from sleep and pick up our phone, we are giving a direct blow to our brain. Thus it releases the theta and alpha states of the brain.
Due to which a situation like restlessness and tension arises in the mind. If we get any bad news on picking up the phone in the morning, then it affects our mind throughout the day.
