Several constitutional measures have been taken for the rights of minorities in India. The Center for Policy Analysis, an organization that researches the rights of minorities globally, has described India as the best country for minorities.

India has topped the research done on 110 countries. According to this report, the acceptance of religious minorities is the highest in India. South Korea, Japan, Panama are also included in this list. India has left behind America, Britain and Muslim country UAE in the list.
The Center for Policy Analysis (CPA) is a research institute headquartered in Patna, India. In the report, the situation of minorities in America, Maldives, Afghanistan and Somalia has been described as the worst.
Britain is at number 54 in the list. At the same time, the Gulf country UAE is at number 61. In the report, India has secured the first position by defeating all these countries.

According to this CPA report, India’s minority policy is based on and emphasizes a diversity-enhancing approach. The Constitution of India has given many rights to the minorities in the field of culture and education. These rights given for the advancement of religious minorities are specifically focused and specific to them.
According to the report, no other constitution has such clear provisions for the promotion of linguistic and religious minorities.। The report also states that there is no ban on any religious sect in India. In contrast, countries such as Pakistan have imposed many restrictions on religious minorities.
