Main Petitioner in Gyanvapi Mosque Case Seeks Euthanasia, Alleges False Propaganda

Rakhi Singh, the main plaintiff in the Gyanvapi mosque case in Varanasi, has written to President Droupadi Murmu, seeking approval for euthanasia due to alleged mental pressure. Singh accused her fellow petitioners and their lawyers of spreading false propaganda against her, causing immense distress.

The Gyanvapi case, which revolves around the right to daily worship inside the mosque complex, is currently being heard in the Varanasi district court. Singh’s letter also highlighted previous conflicts with the other plaintiffs, further complicating the legal proceedings.

In a surprising development, Rakhi Singh, the primary litigant in the Gyanvapi mosque case, has written to President Droupadi Murmu, expressing her intention to seek euthanasia. Singh claimed that false propaganda by her fellow petitioners and their lawyers has caused significant mental pressure, prompting her drastic decision.
