BJP and the government in Madhya Pradesh are fully visible in election action from today. On returning from the National Working Committee meeting in Delhi on Wednesday morning, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan held a meeting with all the ministers and informed about starting the Vikas Yatra from Sant Ravidas Jayanti on February 5 instead of February 1.

All district collectors were also included in this meeting. The yatra will continue till February 25 i.e. three weeks in all the districts and in this the foundation stone and inauguration of development works will be done. Beneficiary conferences will be held in all gram panchayats. It is told that those who have been selected for various schemes of the Central and State Government in the ‘Chief Minister’s Public Service Campaign’ will be benefited. Overall, this yatra will be completely for bonding the work of the BJP government of Madhya Pradesh.

The Chief Minister held a detailed meeting with the ministers and officials regarding the planning of the Vikas Yatra and the ministers were instructed to make preparations well by visiting the areas two days before its commencement. Shivraj said that after meeting with the ministers in charge, the collector should decide the route of the yatra and start preparing for the development yatra.

Its list will also be made available to all the ministers in the district headquarters and development block headquarters. The Timras which have been identified through the Chief Minister’s public service campaign will be given acceptance letters. Beneficiaries’ conferences will also be organized at the Gram Panchayat level.

There will be one-sided victory: Narottam Mishra

MP government spokesperson Mishra said on Wednesday that the BJP would get a one-sided victory in the assembly elections this year. Talking to the media, Mishra, when asked about the electoral prospects, said that there will be a one-sided victory of the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh.
