Two Shaligram rocks have reached Ayodhya from Janakpur in Nepal. These rocks have been worshipped, after which these rocks will be handed over to the temple trust. Shaligram is considered to be the form of Lord Vishnu. The idols of Ramlala and Siti Mata will be made from these rocks in the Ram temple of Ayodhya.
It is being told that these 14 ton and 26 ton Saligram rocks are 6000 crore years old. It is being said that the workers of Vishwa Hindu Parishad took 80 days to find these rocks.
After this the Archaeological Department was informed about it. Then Mahant of Janaki temple of Nepal also confirmed these rocks to be Shaligram rocks. These Shaligram rocks that reached Ayodhya from Janakpur have been found from Kali Gandaki river of Nepal.
The Shaligram rocks were given a grand welcome wherever they passed while reaching Ayodhya from Janakpur in Nepal. Let us tell you that Janakpur is considered to be the in-laws house of Lord Rama.
Everywhere people are very excited to see and touch many rocks. People are also reaching in large numbers to have darshan of the rocks.
