Online registration for Char Dham Yatra starts from today..! Know how to apply for Yatra
Char Dham Yatra is starting in the month of April. The portal of the tourism department has been started for online registration from seven in the morning. For the convenience of the devotees, advance booking has been started two months before the start of the yatra.
Under which the doors of Kedarnath Dham and Badrinath Dham will be opened on 25 April and 27 April. Devotees will be able to register themselves online from today itself. In view of the crowd of devotees gathered in the Char Dham Yatra last time, a decision may be taken to increase the number of devotees for darshan this time also.

Important decisions will be taken today regarding Char Dham Yatra
A review meeting will be held today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami regarding Chardham Yatra preparations and many important decisions will be taken in it. Many decisions are likely to be taken in the meeting for the arrangement of Char Dham Yatra and for the convenience of the devotees. In view of the crowd of devotees gathered in Char Dham last year, a decision may be taken to increase the number of devotees for darshan this time also.
According to media reports, a decision can be taken to fix about 18,000 passengers for Badrinath, 15,000 for Kedarnath Dham, 9,000 for Gangotri and 6,000 for Yamunotri. Also food and health facilities on the Chardham Yatra route, accommodation for pilgrims at Kedarnath and Badrinath shrines, fixing fees for VIP darshan at Badrinath and Kedarnath shrines, operation of buses, health checkup of horses and mules, hot spots on walking routes, Decision will be taken on many aspects including water system, shed, repair of roads.
