Weather warning ! Till June 27 , Madhya Pradesh will experience very heavy rainfall – IMD Predicts
For the next five days, some states, including Odisha, Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Meghalaya, Jharkhand, Mizoram, West Bengal, Sikkim, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, etc., are expected to experience heavy to very heavy rainfall.
It was claimed that a cyclonic circulation extends up to middle tropospheric levels over the Northwest Bay of Bengal. According to the weather office, the east-west trough extends from north Punjab to the upper cyclonic circulation and down to lower tropospheric levels.
IMD’s rainfall forecasts for the next 5 days call for widespread to widespread light to moderate rainfall with a high likelihood of lone thunderstorms and lightning.
Light/moderate Over the next five days, there will be moderate to heavy rain, isolated very heavy or heavy falls, thunderstorms, and lightning in the region (Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Vidarbha).
On June 24, Chhattisgarh is very likely to experience a few isolated, extremely heavy downpours.
