PM Modi Begins Sydney Visit, Holds Crucial Meetings with Australian CEOs
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi commenced his three-day visit to Australia, marking the final leg of his three-nation tour. During his stay in Sydney, PM Modi met with prominent Australian business leaders, including John Andrew Henry Forrest, known as Twiggy, the Executive Chairman of Fortescue Future Industries. The discussions aimed to foster collaboration in green energy and technology, highlighting the potential for mutually beneficial partnerships.
In addition to his meeting with Twiggy Forrest, PM Modi also engaged with Paul Schroder, the CEO of Australian Super, a leading superannuation fund. The discussions centered on investment opportunities, trade prospects, and the strengthening of people-to-people ties between India and Australia. This interaction signifies the commitment of both nations to enhance economic cooperation.
